School of hope
It’s been more than a decade since I last stepped into a high school.
And here I am standing in front of the school of students in a foreign land. Looking at the kids and through their eyes, I somehow caught a little glimpse of the untapped potential in them.
Each kid is uniquely created and designed. Not a single one is a replica of another. The personality, skills, and strengths are all individually special.
Do all of them have dreams?
I’m really not sure. Some do. Others, you could see right through their eyes - their countenance says it all.
But one thing is sure - teachers have a large impact on students’ lives because students spend most of their growing up years learning.
It’s the foundational years that shape the kids' character and keen interest for learning. It's pivotal for future growth.
